Cottage Addition
St. Paul, Minnesota
Within a project scope of 320 square feet, this addition provides newfound enjoyment for the homeowner by transforming the day-to-day use of the house. A 200 square foot addition (view plans) relocates the kitchen to take advantage of southeast light, provide new views of the garden and yard, and present a well-composed aesthetic complimenting the existing house while enhancing the curb appeal for the street and neighborhood.
