Ranch Home Remodel
Shoreview, Minnesota
This tired ranch style home rested within a lush and serene woodland property. As an active young family, the Owners goals were to further the visual connection between the well-occupied rooms of the home (the dining room, family room and kitchen) while engaging the interior more deeply with the outdoor environment. Additional design requirements included expanding the walkout level garage, adding a new screen porch adjacent to the remodeled family room, and integrating window seats into the existing bedrooms.
