Venice, California
Originally a trolley car repair factory, this warehouse was totally renovated to accomodate offices and film production staging and storage. The offices are arranged as individual units along a black concrete circulation path, reflecting the canals and bungalows of the city in which it resides. Project done at William Adams Architects.
