Timothy Old, Associate

Working collaboratively for over thirty years, Tim Old and Kelly Davis have long been recognized regionally and nationally for their residential and commercial designs that reflect a strong Prairie and Usonian influence. Having worked together since high school, and subsequently at the Stillwater, Minnesota firm of McGuire/Engler/Davis, Architects, Davis, a 1973 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Architecture, joined SALA in 1993 and became a firm Principal in 1995. Old also joined SALA as an Architect in 1993 and became an Associate in 2011. Both are registered in Minnesota. Davis is also registered in Wisconsin, and both are registered Minnesota Certified Interior Designers.

Davis is a recipient of the “Architect of Distinction” award from AIA MN and Midwest Home Magazine, recognizing lifelong distinguished achievement in residential architectural design.
