When the clients desired to add some woodsy character to their 1970s split-level vacation home, they took a cue from the home’s low-pitched roofs and embraced the Arts and Crafts style. The exposed beams, visible joints and natural woodwork within the framework of the existing home were incorporated to create a place transformed.
