Ludlow’s Resort has a series of cabins set on an island in Lake Vermilion. This cabin’s location in the center of the island amid dense vegetation effectively hid views of the lake. The problem was solved with a vertical tree house incorporating four levels above the ground. The upper levels open to a lake view framed by the neighboring trees.
