SALA in Rochester!

Come visit SALA at the Rochester Home Show at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester Minnesota.  You can find us in the Exhibit Hall at booth #81.  The show runs from February 10 to 12, 2012.

SALA principals will also be presenting 2 seminars during the show.  On Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 12:30 p.m., Eric Odor, AIA, LEED AP, will be presenting “The Art & Science of Sustainable Design”.  Eric will lead a general and specific discussion of the materials, methods & costs of sustainable building as it relates to three recent award-winning SALA projects. With the aid of models and photographs Eric will share his practical experiences with a lake home, a net-zero farmhouse & an urban dwelling on track to be LEED certified.

The following day, at 1:30 p.m., Joseph Metzler, AIA, LEED AP, will be presenting “Making History:  Creating Old-Home Character Today”.  Joe will focus on the secrets to creating old-home character in a new home or an old-home addition and explain why that recently built “traditional” home doesn’t feel old.

SALA Presents at the MN State Fair Eco-Experience

Visiting the State Fair?
